Our Beginnings

CEO Jamie Fraser founded Pratega Group, setting out to provide the best talent solutions in the industry. Working with world-class clients, candidates, and consultants, he swiftly expanded the business.

2017

Dominating the Microsoft Market

Entering the industry with a niche focus, Pratega Group grew rapidly by dominating the Microsoft market and became a leading staffing agency for the Microsoft stack.

2018

European Expansion

Pratega Group upscaled and moved the London headquarters into a larger office to accommodate our quickly growing team. We also opened up entities in France and the Netherlands to strengthen our position in the European market.

2019

Best Newcomer

Pratega Group was proud to receive an award for the Best Newcomer Recruitment Agency, awarded by RDLC, a global network for recruitment CEOs, MDs and Directors. We expanded our specialisms to include cloud and data in addition to the Microsoft stack.

2020

Stronger Than Ever

Despite the global challenges presented by the pandemic, Pratega Group experienced great success in 2020 and this has been our best financial year yet. The London team moved into a brand new office, and we opened an office in New York to scale our US operations.

Looking To The Future

With a continued focus on providing the most efficient and innovative solutions wrapped around talent, Pratega Group plans to be the global leader for Cloud and Microsoft staffing.

Opened our Miami office

With such aggressive growth, Pratega opened its first office in Miami with another office planned to open in Austin, Texas!
